My name is John and I am the owner and operator of Carpet Detail AND I ONLY CLEAN ONE HOUSE OR BUSINESS A DAY. I have a deep cleaning method matched by none. I currently use a truck mount system powered by a 137 horsepower Nissan car engine that reaches in excess of 250 degrees with extremely high vacuum pressure. (Not all truck mounts are this powerful.) I specialize in restoration of carpets with extreme residue/soap buildup. This problem occurs for a few reasons, the cleaner is usually paid a small percentage of the total job and wants to get to the next one in a hurry to make any money. Running extra cheap high residue soap is another way to finish faster and THEY DO NOT RINSE. Soap is sticky and collects dirt right off your shoes. Even if you have your own in house carpet cleaner's it is very important to strip out the old soap at least every 6 months, this takes high heat and high vacuum pressure and a few other tricks of the trade. It is also very labor intensive. I do not hire any helpers except my son occasionally and take the time to, do the job right because I really do guarantee my work, and I do not want to do it a second time for free.
